The Sensor Types Page provides a comprehensive registry of supported sensors within the platform. It helps users identify compatible devices, understand decoding capabilities, and verify manufacturer integration.

Table Columns

  • Name: Human-readable label of the sensor model for easier identification.

  • Sensor Type ID: Internal system identifier used for mapping sensor data and integration logic.

  • Decoded: Indicates whether the sensor payload is automatically decoded by the platform (true) or requires custom parsing (false). The automatic decoder can be used by picking the export format of decoding V.2 that can be found here

  • Manufacturer: Name of the hardware vendor or OEM that produces the sensor.

Key Features

  • Search Keyword: Top-left search bar allows filtering by sensor name, ID, or manufacturer.

  • Column Sorting: All columns are sortable for quick lookup or organization.

  • Pagination Controls: Located at the bottom for navigating through the full list of sensor types (413 total entries).

Toolbar

  • Refresh: Reloads the table to display the most up-to-date data.

  • Export: Exports the current data view into a downloadable format Excel.

  • Settings: Opens options to customize visible columns. More explanation can be found here.
