Hierarical
Netmore Connect enforces a hierarchical structure to organize tenants and manage resource visibility across multiple entities. This hierarchy ensures clean data segregation and delegated administration.
Hierarchy Levels
Customer: This is the top-level organization entity that a user belongs to. Every user operates within the scope of a specific customer account.
Sub-Customer: A customer can create one or more sub-customers beneath it. These sub-customers inherit certain access rules but can be managed independently.
Example
Suppose you're a user under Customer A (e.g., "Netmore Sweden"). You can:
Create Sub-Customer A1, A2, etc.
Sub-Customer A1 can also create its own sub-customers (A1.1, A1.2), and so on.
From your perspective as a user under Customer A:
All entities under A—including sub-customers created by A or any of its sub-customers—belong to your visible sub-customer hierarchy.
This structure enables flexible delegation while preserving control and auditability at the top customer level.
