This page lists and manages sub-customers under a parent customer account. It provides a quick overview of the sub-customers that have been created, their metadata, and whether they are allowed to manage devices.
Table Overview
Column | Description |

Customer | The name or label of the sub-customer. This is usually clickable for further detail. |
Created | Timestamp when the sub-customer entry was created. |
Created By | UUID of the user who created the sub-customer. |
Last Updated | The most recent time this record was modified. |
Last Updated By | UUID of the last user who edited this sub-customer record. |
Allow Device | Indicates whether this sub-customer has permission to register or manage devices ( |

Add : Opens a form to create a new Sub-customers. More explanation can be found here.
The Add button (
) allows you to create a new sub-customer. This page allows admins to create and configure a Sub-customer, which is essentially a nested tenant under the main customer account. Sub-customers inherit some permissions and infrastructure from the parent, but can also have customized network access and operational boundaries.
