On the customer navigation pane, there is a tab called Customer Admin. This section allows administrators to manage customer-specific settings, permissions, and configurations. This permission can only be seen by the Customer Admin Role and can only be changed by the Customer Admin Role with access to the Parent Customer
Allow Device Groups
Definition: Grants access to manage and organize devices into groups.
Usage: Useful for applying bulk actions, simplifying UI visibility, and managing permissions across large device fleets.
Effect: Enables grouping based on region, model, function, or customer segments.
Allow Gateway Groups
Definition: Allows users to manage groups of gateways, similar to device groups but specific to gateway nodes.
Usage: Facilitates management of LoRaWAN gateways or other aggregating devices.
Effect: Essential for scenarios where gateways serve multiple devices or locations
Allow Sub-customers
Definition: Enables the creation and management of nested customer accounts under a primary customer.
Usage: Used in multi-tenant environments or where resellers manage their own clients.
Effect: Supports hierarchical access control and customer segmentation.
Require OTP for New Users
Definition: Enforces one-time password (OTP) verification during the initial login or sign-up process.
Usage: Adds a security layer to prevent unauthorized access to newly created accounts.
Effect: When enabled, new users must complete OTP verification via email/SMS before gaining access.
