In case you are unable to use Basics Station, most gateways support the Semtech Packet Forwarder protocol. The configuration may vary and look different between different gateway models; it might be a file to update or through a web UI. Regardless, these are the options that should be set in one way or another:

In addition to this the Channel Plan needs to be defined. Usually the default one for your region works, but might be different depending on the network in your geographical area.
Also make sure to register and provision the gateway in the LoRaWAN Portal.
