FPort: Application port (1–223) used by the device to distinguish message types.

Valid Duration (seconds): How long the message is valid to stay queued before expiring.
Buttons:
Clear Downlink Queue: Deletes all pending downlink messages for the device.
Send Downlink: Queues the downlink message for the next available transmission slot.
