This applies to these models:

  • R3000-LG

Steps:

  • Option 1: Web UI
    1. Access the gateway in your web browser. Default address is http://192.168.0.1, but may be different depending on your setup.
    2. Logon and head to System -> App Center.
    3. Download r3000-netmore_rat.rpk and select that file and click Install. You can skip the reboot question and do the next step directly.
    4. Download r3000-netmore_bs.rpk and select that file and click Install.
    5. Accept the reboot question.
  • Option 2: SSH
    1. Logon to the gateway through SSH (not using the root account).
    2. Install these two packages and reboot:
      urlupdate url https://docs.netmoregroup.com/downloads/gateway-config/robustel/latest/r3000-netmore_rat.rpk
urlupdate url https://docs.netmoregroup.com/downloads/gateway-config/robustel/latest/r3000-netmore_bs.rpk
reboot
  • If not previously done, register the gateway in Netmore's LoRaWAN Portal with Packet Forwarder Semtech Basics Station and provision it.
  • After a couple of minutes the gateway should be seen as connected.
