Reset

If the gateway is not new from factory, please perform a reset to
default settings:

  • Press and hold Reset button until Power LED becomes constant after flashing (~5 sec)
  • or via Web UI: System -> Restore -> Perform Reset

Configuration

  1. For gateways with firmware version 1.2.99 or higher, you may need to first login in the Web UI and head to System -> Administration -> Services and turn on SSH Remote Access
  2. Log into the gateway through SSH and run this:
    curl -s -k https://docs.netmoregroup.com/downloads/gateway-config/browan/latest/installer.sh | sh
    • Optionally you can specify a custom APN. The default value is iot.melita.io.
    curl -s -k https://docs.netmoregroup.com/downloads/gateway-config/browan/latest/installer.sh | sh -s -- --apn "iot.melita.io"
  3. If not previously done, register the gateway in Netmore's LoRaWAN Portal. The output from the installer script will contain useful information for the registration.
  4. After a couple of minutes the gateway should be seen as connected.
