# Basics Station

Most gateways support connecting via the Basics Station protocol. The configuration may vary and look different between different gateway models; it might be a file to update or through a web UI. In general, these are the options that should be set in one way or another:

| Connection method | LNS (not CUPS) |
| Connection type | Secure |
| URI | wss://ns-gw.lns.netmoregroup.com:6042 |
| TLS Certificate | Download it here: [tc.trust](https://docs.netmoregroup.com/dev/gw/tc.trust) |

If keys or more information is requested, leave them blank.

Also make sure to register and provision the gateway in Netmore's LoRaWAN Portal.
