Support for Senet LNS

We have built in support for Senet as a LoRaWAN network server.
This does not affect existing customers but will provide the opportunity to use this network server in the future.
Batch list: Notification when attempting to import more than 1000 rows
Applicable for: All
If the user attempts to import 1000 or more rows via the batch list, a popup will appear notifying the user of this. The user then has the option to cancel or continue the import.
Coverage Area is now sorted alphabetically
Applicable for: All
Coverage Area list, which is available in all maps, is now sorted alphabetically.
Coverage contrast is more transparent by default
Applicable for: All
Coverage contrast is now made more transparent by default. This applies to all maps used within Netmore LoRaWAN portal.
