Coverage map are now integrated into Search Sensor
Applicable for: Service Providers
Coverage maps are now part of Search Sensor and it is now possible to select which sensors should be presented. Users can conduct searches across various service providers, employ different search parameters, and utilize the graphs to filter the data they want to be accessible. The stand alone coverage map will still be available for the foreseeable future.
When you have completed a search and obtained a result, click on the coverage map icon and press 'Display Coverage'.
It is also possible to perform a new search, obtain a different result, and then update the coverage map by pressing 'Display Coverage' again.
Info about RSSI and SNR visible when selecting a sensor i Coverage map
Applicable for: Service Providers
Information about Join Request - RSSI and Join Request - SNR is now visible when selecting a sensor in the Coverage Map. This simplifies the conclusion that sensors not yet connected to the network server may encounter challenges in receiving Join Accept signals from the gateway.
Possibility to view and copy coordinates on a sensor
Applicable for: Service Providers
It's now easier to view and copy coordinates on a sensor. The coordinates used are WGS84, Longitude and Latitude in decimal degrees. This makes it easy to paste into, for example, Google Maps. You'll find the copy icon behind the coordinates.
On the main sensor tab.
In Search Sensor, when clicking on a sensor icon on the map
Info if user are not authorized to create sensors
Applicable for: Service Providers
If the user are not authorized to create sensors, this will be displayed directly in the popup window instead of receiving a notification at a later time
Status changes and audit trail on gateways can now be exported via MQTT
Applicable for: Network Providers
All status changes for gateway connections can now be exported to an external system via MQTT. The same export will also include other changes made on gateways (Audit Trail).
Topic structure: gateway/<network_provider>/#
When subscribing, changes for all gateways associated with the selected network provider will be exported.
Change timestamp, Gateway ID, MAC, and GwEUI will always be included in the export, along with the data that has been changed.
This will not be exported from our regular MQTT broker; instead, we have set up a separate MQTT infrastructure that will be used.
